I'm back with 13 & 14...I will caught up!!!

I am only 10 layouts behind and I will caught up... this was going to be my March class... but I had a hard time fuinishing it on time, I get really emotional when I scrap pictures of my parents. I miss them so, Deidra is going to hang it in her room instead.

This layout is all about John and his love of "Starbucks"... seriously he must have 2 - Venti Bold Drip with two sweet & low and half & half a day. I have collected all my Starbucks treasure for the last few years; how you might ask? My niece works for them and John's friends know I scrap and send him home with memorabilia often.

This is a close up of all my treasures... paper used COSMO CRICKET!!! Well, I am off to CHA tomorrow and very excited... I really, really, really want to meet Heidi Swapp & Jenny Bowlin... not a big make & take person so I will just be walking around and looking at all the goodness to come.

Ok... I am getting behind on my 365...

I am doing my very best to catch up, but it's getting really hard with work and all that is going on. I am hoping this week will allow me time to come home and do what I love best... scrap! Well here are 10, 11, & 12.

I started doing 2 page layouts.., which I haven't done in maybe about a year! I love my Cosmo Cricket Halloween paper; I used it to scrap Deidra in Candy Corn land at California Adventure.

Can you say really cute Sassafras? Yes, we celebrate our puppies birthdays! This is sweet Samson on his second birthday... Samson was born on my mom's birthday. I think she would have loved him as much as we do!

I am counting this one because, it's a layout. Our DT had to make an 8x8 "about me page"... I hate the picture but I am always behind the camera I never really take pictures. I really like the way it came out, my favorite part is the blue little dog I painted. Until next time, have a great week.

I would like to introduce Roscoe Jack Blezter...

Our family did it again... we adopted a sweet little boy... Roscoe Jack is a 4 year old poodle. Official count 4 boys (John, Harry, Samsom, & Roscoe) / 2 girls (Deidra & I)!

Here is our sweet Roscoe, he sits like this all the time such a gentleman.
Lastly, I am a little behind on my 365 challenge... I do have day #9 to share. Deidra and I went to Disneyland for her 18th bday... funny she took her first steps there too!

Still going strong...

Here are days 6, 7, & 8... I am having so much fun with this challenge... it is so relaxing to come home from work and scrap. I've been using up all my goodies... I even bought some new stuff on Sunday at Scrappin Table what a great store... they have a good variety of all my favorites... Jenni Bowlin, Teresa Collins, Cosmo Cricket, Fancy Pants and many more. I was so excited to see displays made by "Wonder Woman" aka Tammy I... she is awesome, if you get a chance stop by. Here are my newest layouts...

This is my new favorites... I love all the color and my glitter letters.

In this layout, I took all the crazy pic we take of the "fancy hats" at Disney and made a simple but cute layout.

When we took John to California Adventure... it was so sweet to see him act like a kid. Well until next time... have a great weekend!

Fly Boy...#5 for 2009

I work a lot during the week, so I need to keep ahead of my 365 challenge... scrapbooking can be like cooking; this is what you get when you throw together great ingredients like Sassafras, Heidi Swapp, Jenni Bowlin, & Vintage Making Memories...

I decided even though John is such a boy, flowers and bling won't hurt his manliness. Dei & I took John to California Adventure for his birthday this last year and we wanted him to enjoy himself and act like a kid... which is always good for the soul.

As you can see I like to combine a lot of stuff on my pages... I like the look of stuff or chunche (slang for stuff in Spanish). Until next time have a wonderful week.

My version of the 365 club...

In 2007 I was determined to get Deidra's life scrapped... mission accomplished. In 2008, I slacked on scraping my personal stuff and made projects a priority. I have heard so much about the 365 Club, I decided to make up my own version; I am determined to caught up my families life and make it a priority. I figure 365 layouts in 2009 is a great challenge. If anyone knows me, I am a slow scrapper...I am proud to report I did 4 layouts in 5 hours (btw not one stitch... humm that's what takes me so long???)!!! Also this year, I want to visit different stores and attend one crop a month. My January Crop visit will be SCRAPBOOKLAND located at: 16388 Colima Road #105 Hacienda Heights, CA 91745 on January 17 from 10-10 they are having a "Free" crop!!! With that said, here are my first four layouts of 2009:

I love this layout of my favorite "Dog Walker", I used Cosmo Cricket (Mr. Campy) paper and I love the way the black looks on the page. I take pictures of John and Harry from the back... I think they have cute butts!

In this layout I used Cosmo Cricket with black assents again... I took these picture in exciting Solvang (boring); while having breakfast John and I decided to never ever return.

I used Fancy Pants on this layout of Deidra's 18th birthday photos... I am not big on cheesy Disney layouts... I love the way it came out... very girly like my Dei.

I have become a huge fan of Cosmo Cricket and Fancy Pants... I believe all store should carry it! This is my niece Amora and Deidra acting like fools, I mean silly! I should have made the title "Foolish Girls" lol. Until my next post have a wonderful Sunday!!!
